Mr. R C Dutt has over 37 years of experience in IT Production Management, Management
Consulting and Business Mentoring. He was the founder Director of the Software Technology
Parks of India, Trivandrum, and as Project Director of Electronics R & D Centre,
he was instrumental in launching the Software Training & Development Centre
(STDC), one of the successful IT initiatives in India, which builds IBM mainframe
skilled personnel.
Mr. Dutts entrepreneurial efforts saw the launching of NeST, one of the earliest
companies in Technopark, Trivandrum which today employs over 3000 highly skilled
developers. He teamed up with a Canadian business enterprise to launch Xstream Software
Ltd., a software product company which employs over 100 professional.
Mr. Dutt holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanilcal Engineering from Kerala University,
India, Master of Engineering Degree from the University of Toronto, Canada and MBA
from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India. He was also a part-time faculty member in the University
of Toronto, XLRI, Jamshedpur, India and Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Kozhikod,
India.
Sameer, Director, OptioLogic, who has 12 years of technical expertise in software
design and development, architecture, and consulting on a freelance basis in Australia,
Middle East, US and Europe. He has in-depth understanding and hands-on experience
in a wide range of programming languages, software platforms, products, services
and business processes, and has managed numerous projects right from the initial
requirement gathering to final delivery and maintenance for industry giants like
HP, Frito Lays, Affinity LLC, ABB Group, etc. Sameer's key strengths include his
ability to understand and visualise the project requirements very quickly, to recommend
the best feasible solution considering the various available options, and the strong
relationships he is able to build with clients. He has amble experience in the UK
managed firm, Digitella as CTO and he has a seasoned technical expertise in IT industry.
Naveen, Director, OptioLogic, is a key member in our team and is the heart of e-Learning
projects that we handle. He has more than 10 years experience in e-learning projects
and the projects he owned itself will give a clear picture on his ability. He has
the expertise in project management in many international projects. He is a seasoned
professional, with outstanding project planning, execution, monitoring and resource
balancing skills. He has experience in Project Management, Effort Estimation, Project
Planning, Time Management, Quality Assurance and effective client relationship.
